In this case study, our team undertook a comprehensive redesign of the Blackboard app, a widely-used educational tool, to enhance its user experience for college students. By identifying and addressing the app's primary pain points, we aimed to transform its functionality and accessibility. Recognizing that the existing app mirrored the web browser version too closely, we focused on optimizing it for mobile use. Our redesign prioritizes simplicity and user convenience, ensuring that the app is intuitive and efficient for its primary audience.
